Four local high school students represented Lynches River at the 2019 Washington Youth Tour, and four additional students represented LREC at the South Carolina Cooperative Youth Summit. Winners were chosen on the basis of their school and community involvement, communication skills and knowledge gained about cooperatives in the application process. Applications for the 2020 Youth Tour and Youth Summit will open in December.
