Lynches River Electric Cooperative’s second-ever drive-thru annual meeting, held Oct. 14–15, was a record-breaking success! A total of 2,219 members were registered, an all-time high. Members in District 8 elected Kevin Sims with 178 votes. Gary Sowell had 105 votes. In the uncontested elections, District 3 board member Theresa Hicks and District 6 board member Harold Gardner were reelected and will serve another 3-year term.
