The Lynches River Electric Cooperative 2023 drive-thru annual meeting concluded successfully! In District 5, members voted, resulting in a tie between Mark Bridges and Billy King, who both received 204 votes. According to the co-op’s bylaws, a drawing by lot was conducted to break the tie. Billy King was elected as the trustee for district 5. As of now, the district 2 seat will remain vacant.
